Mom of two, Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and founder of Poppy Sleep Co. I also work full-time outside the world of sleep support, so I truly understand the juggle of balancing work, family, and the deep desire for rest.

I created Poppy Sleep Co. because I’ve been where you are—tired, unsure, and trying to make sense of conflicting advice about what your baby “should” be doing. Like many of the families I work with, I thought sleep training had to mean letting my baby cry it out. But what I found instead was something gentler, more personalized, and far more sustainable.

Now, I help families build healthy, realistic sleep foundations that reflect their child’s temperament, their parenting style, and their real life—not just what the books say.
